Re-visioning support to pre-service teachers using a lesson study model.\u00a0<em>Proceedings of the 43rd annual meeting of the North American Chapter of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education.\u00a0<\/em>Philadelphia, PA.<\/p>\n<p>Esta investigaci\u00f3n se contextualiza en una innovaci\u00f3n que utiliza el estudio de lecciones (Lewis et al., 2019) para establecer conexiones entre los cursos de m\u00e9todos y las experiencias cl\u00ednicas. A pesar de que varias investigaciones han reconocido la importancia de las experiencias de campo en la formaci\u00f3n de los candidatos a maestros de matem\u00e1ticas (Bieda et al., 2015), son pocas las investigaciones que se focalizan en determinar el conocimiento de los mentores de las experiencias de campo. Utilizamos cuatro situaciones hipot\u00e9ticas para explorar c\u00f3mo los mentores utilizar\u00edan su conocimiento para lidiar con posibles problemas que se presentan en el estudio de lecciones. Los datos se analizaron utilizando las estructuras discursivas descritas por Horn (2010) y el modelo de Toulmin (1958).<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o utilizado fue el estudio de caso (Yin, 2003). Participaron tres mentores de candidatos a maestros de matem\u00e1ticas a nivel secundario (grados 7 a 12). El proceso de recopilaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo mediante un grupo focal en el que los participantes reaccionaron a cuatro situaciones hipot\u00e9ticas de posibles actuaciones en el proceso de estudio de lecciones. Espec\u00edficamente, preguntamos \u00bfC\u00f3mo los maestros mentores fomentar\u00edan la participaci\u00f3n de todos los participantes del equipo? \u00bfC\u00f3mo llamar\u00edan la atenci\u00f3n a un candidato a maestro que rompe el protocolo en el momento en que se est\u00e1 implementando la lecci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n? \u00bfC\u00f3mo fomentar\u00edan discusiones fundamentadas en las observaciones en la fase de reflexi\u00f3n? \u00bfC\u00f3mo incorporar\u00edan las preocupaciones de los candidatos a maestros que desean cambiar completamente la lecci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados demuestran que, para motivar la participaci\u00f3n de los candidatos a maestros en las lecciones de estudio, los mentores crear\u00edan un ambiente adecuado, estimular\u00edan la comunicaci\u00f3n por medio de preguntas y el involucramiento en la clase desde el inicio de la experiencia de campo, pero tambi\u00e9n dejar\u00edan espacios para la reflexi\u00f3n. En casos inesperados en los que los candidatos a maestros rompan los protocolos convenidos, tratar\u00edan de establecer un balance entre explorar las razones por las cuales no se respetan y permitir las actuaciones inesperadas. Establecer\u00edan de antemano los criterios para realizar las observaciones y en la etapa de reflexi\u00f3n no permitir\u00edan datos que no provengan de observaciones. Los cambios a la lecci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n estar\u00edan limitados a cambios en la forma de ense\u00f1ar ya que los contenidos matem\u00e1ticos no son negociables.<\/p>\n<p>Encontramos que los mentores de futuros maestros utilizan principalmente el conocimiento que han adquirido en su pr\u00e1ctica para dar respuesta a las situaciones hipot\u00e9ticas. Ese mismo conocimiento lo quieren transmitir a los candidatos a maestros que supervisan a trav\u00e9s del ejemplo y de crear un ambiente participativo que permita la discusi\u00f3n y la reflexi\u00f3n.
