The video starts on the pool side of the property on the Caesars Palace parking garage. I wanted to check out this side to see the progress on what appears to be a chill plant HVAC system for the new Guitar tower. The steel beams appear to be all up. You can see that the crane has been moved out of the area. Crews are now working on placing safety fencing on top of the lower building roof around the Mirage tower. I then make my way around to Las Vegas BLVD to check out the progress in the front of the property.
