By selecting the eastern side for landing, they hoped to catch some of the airflow that flowed through the lower North West quadrant of the stadium. The video captures their intense moments as they circled the stadium, confirming precalculated altitudes and distances to their target before taking the leap. Communication with the ground was crucial, allowing them to coordinate with the stadium to turn off the lights, creating a jaw-dropping spectacle for the spectators as two "meat-comets" streaked through the night sky. Chris opted to jump the Creature, while Scotty was in a Freak5, ensuring a diverse range of skills and equipment.
