Formed in 2015 as The Heers Turner Oversize (Oversize meaning it started out as a small acoustic duo side project at Jack's Place in Boulder City, NV and quickly morphed into other members stopping in to Jam. "We had so much fun with this big band that we decided to merge them", says Seth Turner. "We will bring up to 8 pieces including our steel guitar player Mike Davoult." High Blue Cactus can be seen frequently at the historic Pioneer Saloon, Goodsprings, NV where they are the house band when they are not on tour. They also still play Jack's Place out at historic Boulder City, NV every Tuesday that they are in town.
