I'll look at the rooms at the Nustar including the deluxe Seaview and the amazing luxurious 4 star bedroom villa complete with its own private infinity swimming pool. The Nustar has offers some of the best fine dining in Cebu. Including the Mott 32 restaurant which is easily the best Chinese restaurant in Cebu. Try also the Il Primo Steakhouse an Italian steakhouse, Fina restaurant for great Filipino food and Fili all day dining restaurant for some of the best buffets in Cebu City.
