I designed a rectangle that is 10mm wide by 20mm long and will use a 3/16" 3-Flute end mill. Since the bolts are steel, I set the depth per pass to .4mm. I saved the toolpath using the Mach 2/3 post processor (mm). I had to mill a 10mm hole in the T-Slot table which I also did with the Stepcraft HF-500 spindle and a 3/16" end mill. I installed the PM60 vice so the notch in the top of the vice is in the center of the hole that I made on the T-Slot table.
