I have stayed at budget hotels, five star hotels, and mediocre hotels and the Quad (formally Imperial Palace) "Resort" and Casino is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, with the worst customer service. If you are looking for a hotel, don't chose the Quad. Yes, it has a good location, but it is not worth the "experience" you will have there. Loud rooms, non-stop construction, horrible beds, and an overall dirty feeling with a horrid smell makes the Quad a no-no. Do not go to the Quad... ever. 0/10 stars. This film just shows a small percentage of what I could film, and shows stains, rips, tears, and duct tape all over the hotel.
