The hotel was a very famous casino owned by Trump but business started to go downhill. Taj Mahal closed on 10/10/16 and in July 2017 liquidation sales opened up at this hotel. The liquidation sales will continue until they sell everything which will most likely be in a few weeks. The hotel will than be converted into a Hard Rock Hotel which is supposed to open in the summer of 2018. We both could not miss filming these with the risk of them getting modernized when this becomes Hard Rock. These are by far the coolest Elevonic 401s I have ever ridden and we even got to ride a glass elevator which was in independent service. The top floor is 51 but the building is really only 42 floors because from L-14 is not 14 floors. I really hope this do not get modernized because they are absolutely amazing Elevonic 401s!
