The suspect, 26-year-old Dakota Hawver of Reno, was critically wounded in a shootout with police and remains hospitalized. Police say Hawver had no known connection to the casino or the victims, and his motive is still unclear. The victims include two Southern California men in town for a bachelor party and a local Reno resident. Hawver legally purchased the handgun used and had no criminal or mental health history, Fox News has reported.
